David C. Kernell, 20, of Knoxville, was indicted by a federal grand jury on a single count of accessing Palin’s e-mail without permission. The FBI said Kernell turned himself in to federal authorities and will be arraigned today.
According to the indictment, on Sept. 16, Kernell broke into Palin’s Yahoo! account by guessing the answers to her pre-selected “Secret Questions” that must be answered before Yahoo! will let users reset e-mail account passwords. Authorities say Kernell read Palin’s e-mail messages and then made and posted online screenshots of the e-mail inbox, along with the new password to her account.
If convicted, Kernell faces a maximum of five years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and three years of supervised release.

After some kernel panics, I finally upgraded doing the old boot into the emergency partition and delete the AppleHDAPowerMangement.kext(s) and then use “-v -c” when at the Darwin Prompt, and all is well. For more information on my success visit this posting.

…DON’T CLICK IT! I repeat because people like to click things… DON’T CLICK IT! Why, even though its so tempting, because you’ll get a virus if you download the “flash plugin” (which is bogus), and your Facebook account is now hijacked. So again, DON’T CLICK IT!
Step Two - Detecting a Fraud
Your friends will thank you for not spamming on their wall constantly, and the people that are dumb and will click this anways will thank you for using your common sense, when they couldn’t use theirs.
